Ron's 24

Ron is like eight feet tall. He is one of the guys I met in Oregon that helps build a kickass local dirt park. I hope hes liking this thing better than that tiny P24 that he broke

28.25" wheeler city bike

Big bars but they're level with the seat. This thing rides really relaxed and intuitive.
I got the tire clearances .2" all around and even closer on the fork. "Dialed"

I had to cut the steel parts of the dropout manually this time for the smaller stays and the much wider angles. They turned out much smaller than the MTB version. I also made some sunglass shaped washers for them. I'll eventually have both of those water jet cut (provided all of my current suppliers can stick around through this oil recession)
Subtle "S" bends on some of the smallest diameter seatstays I've used. sassafrass

Mathes' Stout 26

A purple clone of the bike that I ride. I hope he likes it!

Aarons 31.8 Stout bars out in the wild

a little too much going on to get the commuter finished this week. I was going to use a different clamping mechanism but have always been curious as to how difficult these wedge clamps are to fabricate. Definitely more time consuming but it functions well. Aluminum wedge parts would be much lighter. This current steel one is a significant little slug.

The first 6lbs cargo fork is almost finished. Those 3mm thick legs were pretty hard on my bender- they bent the 1" solid main pin.

Ron's 24" BMX bars and fork
Something really different: a few cargo bike forks. The steerer starts as a .25" thick tube, milled out a bit on the ends and the legs are 3mm thick. So basically a little more than twice as thick as a heavy duty BMX fork.
