A new 1 3/8" TT and a downtube gusset to keep it stiff... and cool looking. Those tubes with the caps on them will contain ice. Thinner stays require some kind of mandrel to keep them from collapsing too much in the bending process...

Some pics of the bike I put together this week. The frame is a prototype with a half inch higher, MID BB... At 13.25",  it should manual better, but be a bit more "weight over the front" feeling than a 12.75".
