Jeff sent me some pics of his bike built up.

Looks like I will have to get a head tube reaming set for a 44mm. Im having no luck finding a shop that has a 44mm head tube reamer... One would think there would be a better variety of reamers given the amount of builders using 44mm HT's now. Most of the custom mountainbikes that I saw at this years NAHBS had them. Many have said that the 1.125" straight steerer is on its way out. I will never put a tapered steerer on my own jumper anyways.

In the mean time I have two DJ frames in the works going to Utah.

And just buttoned up Clayton's new Supertherm raw/champagne 20"- 11.6-11.75BB height (tires)

20.8TT, 13.6 stays, 75 HA, ~4.6lbs

With a 16.5" chainstay, the tire clearance is huge. It easily fit my 2.5" Maxxis/Mavic DH wheel.  I think one might be able to use a 650b wheel with this frame.

Pretty close to close to finished with the All Mtn frame... I will still have to get the headtube reamed later in the week

I hope the geometry is working out alright, its pretty hard to decide a suitable BB height on a bike that has no predecessor. The only other 22" is pretty dirt specific... very long chainstays and very low BB height)

Here is a 23.5 TT Sasquatch dirt jumper with 15.5" stays that one can actually slam a 2.3 knobby tire due to a new little seatstay brace cutout.

I will have the big Supertherm All Mtn frame done in a few days, hopefully most of it by today...

Me and my amigo Alain rode some fun street spots riding in Huntsville and a little bit if XC riding in the Eastham Thomason park that has lots of potential and not enough mileage.

Back to work tommorrow, and some pics of the latest work if I can remember..

Got the decals on the frame for Mr Nakamura. With a 21.5" TT at 5.2lbs its the lightest DJ frame I've made.

Still waiting on the tubing shipment for Jonathan's Supertherm All Mtn  frame, should be here later today.

I have always been jealous of people that can stay organized. Give me five minutes and I can make a work bench look like this:
