 Integrated chain tensioners
Andrew's street 26"
This is the first 26" frame that I have made that has a sub 15" chainstay (14.55"). Another "first" was the integrated chain tensioners on the dropouts. Aside from keeping the chain tight, these make it much easier to align the wheel in the dropouts, and keep it from moving around while tightening.

I had said this one felt light. Before the pivotal piece, the frame weighed 4.9 lbs. It now sits at 5.1lbs

Almost finished welding Shaemus' brakeless 24" MTBMX... feels very light.
It has 13.8" chainstay stays, the shortest I have made for a 24"...
This will have an integrated pivotal post when the pivotal part arrives. DT gusset will go on later tonight.

My buddy John bought this awesome pump and a giant industrial tank to store water in. I made the tow-behind-the-bike cart for it... still needs a skid plate of some kind. Our jumps will be very shapely soon.

Took a trip to the metal dump and found a well built tricycle. Chopped it up for the rear axles. It will still need some new wheels.

Also picked up ~70lbs of fools gold. I will never have to buy another bolt to make stuff with! I love the salvage place but it feels like a warzone. You have to find stuff quickly and avoid getting maimed by trucks, bulldozers, and cranes with giant electro-magnets swinging shards of detritus.

I have been working on George's frame for weeks. His required some horizontal dropouts with more obtuse All Mtn stay angles. It will finally have some graphics and powder tomorrow.
