 405 fork going out soon.
S&M bikes Sweet Leaf compression caps. Drugs aren't my thing but the plant really lends itself to graphic design.

My new Fox/Marzocchi external post is working well so far, aside from not being the same pull ratio as the (KS) thumb trigger that I'm currently using. I chose external routing because this is my amphibious bike and I can't have a hole in the seat tube_ letting in muddy water. The next frame will have a stainless BB and dropouts so I can really neglect the bike. I haven't sealed the vent holes of these steel cranks so I'm just waiting for the day when I'm walking miles back to the truck.

Shawn's 22 fork will be flat black in a few minutes. The Flat clear 5"s are ready to go and the 10" 31.8 race bars are ready.

Still have one little touch up spot on the white 650 frame's paintjob. I went with paint on that one as it is easier to make perfect (subtract and add), where powdercoating is a one-shot (add only) deal. The downside is the cure time of paint. I could bake the stuff but there is always the possibility of  bubbling.

There are 10-14 different pieces that go into a custom fork. 11-13 of those are hand-made if it is a different offset than the stock dropouts (that I designed and had water-jet cut).

seat clamp and rear end goes on tomorrow if life doesn't get in the way again.

650 DJ

The big teeth (32-36 front) will work, and a 28/14 will have ample clearance.

15.75" slammed. Stainless dropouts, Supertherm stays and main tubes. The dropouts are modular: so 135X10, 142X12mm SS or geared compatible. These are the 142X12mm single speed, AL parts. Headtube is an external headset (EC34/EC44)
