Tuesday gripe: The local machine shop f*ed up my laser cutting order and gave me a random quantity/dimension of each piece, despite my color coding each file...  Going local was supposed to save time and increase quality control. Looks like I will be outsourcing to the shop in California next time.

AJs frame now has a TT gusset and his custom graphics (that wont be replicated) patina'd on the headtube area.

Jonathan in the UK sent some pics of his long low and slack All Mtn frame. The external cups make the headtube/steerer appear 1.125", but its actually a 1.5". And thats a fairly large (1.75" diameter) downtube.

 Justin's 24" TT DJ frame. Will be the longest DJ frame that I've made so far.

And a 20.75" TT BMX frame, that will have 2 gussets. It will be the strongest BMX frame anyone has ever built. ever. I will also be doing some special finishing with this one.

I've got the 4130 plate on order for the All Mtn vertical and horizontal dropouts. I also slimmed down the 10mm DJ and BMX 14mm dropouts a bit. Still at least a week out on those.

I saw a pretty large Rat Snake descending an oak tree at the trails today... we mistook it for a diamondback water snake (which isn't venomous). And apparently "water moccasin" is a misnomer coined by some idiot. Also:

I am paid up on HTs, BBs and seat tubes, and will have them by Monday, hopefully. I have a new local source for laser cutting, so my lack of dropout variety (vertical/All Mtn) will soon change.

While I wait for parts (MID BBs, 3/4" tubing), I finally finished welding a street oriented 26" frame.
