The CS yoke and the S-bent seat stays took a little longer than expected but she'll be flat black by tomorrow.

 Something different...

Allen's frame all welded, waiting on slider bolts and possibly a HT badge.

Joe's wife's frame should be welded tonight. Went with some flattened and S-bent stays. They'll have a yoke on the driveside for ring clearance.

Compliance

Allen's compliant 26" is almost there:

Flattened chainstays to create some vertical spring while at the same time reducing side flex. S-bent seat stays to promote the same vertical compliance.

31.6mm seatpost size with key hole in the front

Local ripper and photographer Rudy Rodriguez came out and took some photos tonight. I tried to make something cool happen out of a sketchy picnic table set-up only to earn a bruised sternum... at least he caught some cool angles on a downturn table. I am loving the 22:

Rudy himself from a few rides ago:

and a good shot from a month ago of me on the 26. thanks again Rudy!

Joe did a kickass job on the Aluminum parts for the sliders. My new abrasive water jet source AquaJetMfg here in TX also did excellent work with super-high tolerance steel parts.

Alain's 24 BMX... it only needed some S-bent chainstays and it fits a big 2.3" at 14.25"

Got another race 22" wheeler built: 26mm Seatpost, 990s, 10mm dropouts, Euro
Allen's AM frame waiting on dropouts: Longer 5.5"  integrated HT, 31.6mm seatpost size
Alain's 24" BMX: might need something drastic to fit some really big tires... S-bent stays + driveside yoke.

trails

I acid cleaned and powdercoated Jason's frame yesterday. Unfortunately his brake situation didn't work out for today's ride.
