a little too much going on to get the commuter finished this week. I was going to use a different clamping mechanism but have always been curious as to how difficult these wedge clamps are to fabricate. Definitely more time consuming but it functions well. Aluminum wedge parts would be much lighter. This current steel one is a significant little slug. 

 The first 6lbs cargo fork is almost finished. Those 3mm thick legs were pretty hard on my bender- they bent the 1" solid main pin.
