6" bars with 25.4 clamp and Max' 22




 Doug didn't tell me what color he wanted so I chose my favorite: oxidized/random with ghost graphics
Almost there. Not good powder coating weather though: 200% humidity
The first hammer handle that I made at the day job. Who knows how old the head is... It appears to be an old E.C Simmons Keen Kutter but thats as far as the internet can take me. I'll probably do the same for my grandfathers old hammers. I have rounded their faces off and use them to dimple chainstays. They look to be from the 40s or 50s.
