Rod's RATT ride:
21.75TT, 70.5HA, 74ST, 14.6"stays, 5.2lbs, super-short DOs, Euro BB, 27.2 seatpost

I ran out of tubing for a few days... should have more Supertherm for Doug's frame by Friday or Monday
Rod's smaller dropouts for his street 26"
Waiting on stay tubing... should be here later today. This is going to be pretty lightweight: The seat-tube and thinner BB has taken .2 lbs off. The smaller DOs and short (14.6") rear end should cut some weight too.
Lane's updated hot pink vinyl. The fish images were taken from hand cut paper decorations that my parents bought in a recent trip to China.

  1. Hey there, love the bikes. I'm looking into frame building; where do you get your headtubes? They are integrated, right?

  3. Correct me if I'm wrong. The threads suggest that you made them? Unless you got them from Solid, which doesn't seem to show them on their website. Don't get me wrong. Thanks for the help, but I've read that forum before. I just can't find a steel headtube like yours. If you make them yourself, do you make enough to sell?

  4. "Hi Solid,

I am a new frame builder, I would like to purchase some 4 5/8" headtubes"... etc.

(They sell other lengths as well.)
